Protecting Intellectual Property and the Integrity of the Miracle Tai Chi® Teaching System

Miracle Tai Chi® was founded by Master Somsak Inpuek, who has over 28 years of experience in Tai Chi practice and instruction since 1997.

Over the years, he has developed a unique breathing-based training system and a series of original practice programmes, including:

• Breathing Development Practice – Childhood Set (BDP Set 1)

• Breathing Development Practice – Learning Development Set (BDP Set 2)

• Breathing Development Practice – Advanced Well-being Set (BDP Set 3)

• Joint Mobility Exercise Set

• Breathing Development Practice – Sustainable Well-being 85 Set

These programmes are original works created by Miracle Tai Chi®. Supporting documentation has been maintained, and the relevant intellectual property has been formally registered to protect these original creations.

Miracle Tai Chi® is protected by registered copyrights and trademarks in Thailand and is expanding international trademark protection through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

This protection covers the Miracle Tai Chi® name, logo, training programmes, teaching methodologies, instructional materials, videos, music, publications, and other creative works against unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, or commercial use.

Protected Intellectual Property

The following works are protected under applicable intellectual property laws:

• Original training programmes and movement systems

• Course curricula and educational materials

• Instructional videos and multimedia content

• Original music and audio compositions

• Logos, trademarks, names, and visual identities

• Research publications and academic works

Terms of Use and Licensing

No part of the Miracle Tai Chi® training programmes, teaching materials, movements, videos, publications, translations, or other intellectual property may be reproduced, copied, modified, translated, distributed, taught, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Master Somsak Inpuek and Miracle Tai Chi®.

Unauthorised use may constitute infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may result in legal action under applicable laws.
