Special interview with a student from Sportsefterskolen SINE

Thank you to the teachers, 44 boys, and 38 girls from Sportsefterskolen SINE for joining our Miracle Tai Chi class on March 12–13, 2025.

 

This marks the 5th consecutive year we've had the pleasure of introducing Introduction to Miracle Tai Chi to the school during their annual visit to Bangkok. We truly appreciate your continued trust and enthusiasm!

 

Sportsefterskolen SINE is a Danish sports-focused efterskole (boarding school) that provides students in grades 9 and 10 with a unique opportunity to combine academic education with advanced sports training. Located in Denmark, the school places a strong emphasis on personal development, teamwork, and international engagement.

 

Students can choose from a wide range of sports, including football (soccer), handball, dance, fitness, and outdoor activities. Each year, SINE students travel to Thailand not only for cultural enrichment but also to participate in an international handball competition with the Thailand National Sports University, Suphanburi Campus.

 

As part of this visit, the students also attend the Miracle Tai Chi class, giving them valuable insight into Eastern wellness practices and offering a sense of balance and mindfulness to complement their athletic pursuits.

 

The acronym SINE stands for Sport, Innovation, Nature, and Education, reflecting the school’s dedication to nurturing well-rounded, globally aware individuals.

ปีนี้นับเป็นปีที่ 5 ติดต่อกันที่เราได้รับเกียรติในการจัดคลาส “Introduction to Miracle Tai Chi” ให้กับโรงเรียนแห่งนี้ระหว่างการเดินทางมาเยือนกรุงเทพฯ เป็นประจำทุกปี เรารู้สึกซาบซึ้งในความไว้วางใจและความกระตือรือร้นของทุกคนเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

 

Sportsefterskolen SINE เป็นโรงเรียนประจำแนวกีฬาจากประเทศเดนมาร์ก ที่เปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนระดับเกรด 9 และ 10 ได้เรียนควบคู่กับการฝึกกีฬาในระดับสูง โรงเรียนแห่งนี้เน้นย้ำถึงการพัฒนาตนเอง การทำงานเป็นทีม และการเรียนรู้ผ่านประสบการณ์ระดับนานาชาติ

 

นักเรียนสามารถเลือกฝึกกีฬาหลากหลายประเภท อาทิ ฟุตบอล แฮนด์บอล การเต้น ฟิตเนส และกิจกรรมกลางแจ้งต่าง ๆ ในแต่ละปี นักเรียนจาก SINE จะเดินทางมายังประเทศไทย เพื่อเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันแฮนด์บอลระดับนานาชาติกับ มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตสุพรรณบุรี

 

ในโอกาสเดียวกันนี้ พวกเขายังได้เข้าร่วมคลาส Miracle Tai Chi เพื่อสัมผัสศาสตร์สุขภาพตะวันออก ซึ่งช่วยเสริมสร้างความสมดุลและสติให้กับเส้นทางการฝึกกีฬาของพวกเขา

 

ชื่อย่อ SINE มาจากคำว่า Sport, Innovation, Nature, and Education ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงพันธกิจของโรงเรียนในการสร้างเยาวชนที่มีพัฒนาการรอบด้าน และมีวิสัยทัศน์ระดับโลก
